Absolutely love this place, I love their fresh juices and salads.

Juices are freshly made and delicious. Their smoothies are also really good! I love their chunky monkey smoothie! They have a great side salad that you can get with vegan ranch. Their soups are vegan, but one you have to order without sour cream. I also love their tofu scramble! *** currently closed due to pandemic.

It's okay.

I only got a smoothie and a black bean burger.

The smoothie was DELICOUS, it was the matcha green tea (I think that's what it is)

The burger was ehh, I think it could've been better. I give it a 5 out 10. The kale chips was a big disappoint for me.

The prices are a bit high, will probably come back just for the smoothie.

Pros: Cozy indoors

Cons: Pricey

Great Find

Small restaurant with lots of vegan options. We were in town for 5 days and ate there every day. Sometimes we ate there 3 times a day!

Solid mix of options

Got take away from Tonic for lunch. They have a lot of options to work with many dietary needs, gluten free and vegan are possible. I got a salad and smoothie. Both were good not amazing.

Pros: Lots of choices, Fresh

Cons: Taste isn't always there, Hard to find parking

fantastic vegan options

My entire family loved this cute and healthy cafe. We had meat eaters with us - and they also found yummy options.

They can often modify dishes if needed

Friendly staff and great location for those staying close to St Mary's

Best Veg & Healthy Option in Town

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this "juice shop" that also offers a satisfying vegetarian/vegan and meat-eater menu. Much of the produce is organic and locally sourced, and it tastes like it -- freshest sprouts we've had in awhile. You can create your own juice, and they make it just as you request, so if you are used to juicing at home, you end up with something pretty close to what you're used to. The wait staff is accommodating and will edit menu items to suit your dietary needs -- they know what is V, DF, & GF. The tabouli was fresh and flavorful with just the right herb level, and the avocado alfalfa (vegan) wrap was fresh, crispy with spinach, and rich with avacado and hummus. After being in Rochester for 5 days, this is the only restaurant that appears to cater to stricter vegetarians without relying on cheese and low-grade fats. So thankful Tonic is in walking distance (15 minutes) from Mayo Clinic and right across the street from the hospital because it is a life savior to eat like we eat at home while we get our medical care. P.S. The kale chips make me envious that I haven't figured out how to make them with such excellence at home -- just the right amount of salt and oil make them a must-have side.

Pros: Local Organic Produce, Tasty Fresh Juices, Caters to Vegans
