The sushi is great! - Edit
I really love the vegan rolls they have, even if there are only a few. The inari is great as is the seaweed salad although it's expensive. I haven't tried anything else and it sounds like nothing else is really vegan, from the other reviews. A bummer but I do recommend the vegan sushi rolls!

Nothing vegan at all - Edit
I called this place. They told me nothing at all was vegan here. They said they use chicken broth in every entree, including the veggie delight and tofu teriyaki.

Some vegan options - Edit
We ordered tofu teriyaki which was really good. The tofu was very soft but crunchy on the outside. They put together some vegan sushi rolls with veggies and the veggie delight with curry sauce was delicious. Note: their miso soup is NOT vegan. Everything was decent, not incredible, but totally fine.
