Perfect Sushi Place in Salzburg for vegans - Edit
For me, this is the best Japanese restaurants in Salzburg.
Read moreI can especially recommend the sushi, and above all the vegan sushi set. It was the best sushi I have ever had. The mochi ice cream is also absolutely worth trying as a dessert.
The service is always pleasant: friendly, attentive, and happy to explain the dishes. I also really like that they often have specials beyond the regular menu. That makes coming back even more worthwhile, because there is always something new to discover.
A clear recommendation for both locals in Salzburg and visitors to the city.

This place switched to delivery only during the pandemic and has only just begun to allow walk-ins in their outside seating areas. They also have a sushi vending machine outside (and I saw one of them at the trainstation) which i found interesting (not sure if they feature vegan options tho).
