Bakery made by a tofu shop "Tofu Shokudo" in Ebisu. Sells tofu pan (bread made with tofu, soy milk, and roasted okra) and miso bread (round bread topped with miso-kneaded cookie dough and baked with the hint of miso). Also has cereal bread, soy milk bread, soybean croque monsieur, soybean chili and some other tofu products. Has many vegan items. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-4:00pm.
