Amazing vegan Mexican food - Edit
Not a legit vegan restaurant but the way this place is set up encourages you to choose vegan options. The protein they use is gardein brand chicken and some other options. Everything tastes great, as I’ve been here many times. It is pricey though, and the wait times can be long if busy

Eat rich for reasonable prices on the breezy patio of UTC's Tocaya. Your tofu keto bowl and beyond meat stuffed burritos will arrive long before the lines even start to move at the flanking establishment. Tocaya is faster not for lack of quality, but by being built for efficiency.
