This place is great. Small little Warung with 5 tables. Serves a really nice Gado Gado (best i have had so far in Bali). Hospitality was excellent. You can tell they care about their Tempeh!

Nice small restaurant, very simple, we went there at lunch time and all the tables were occupied. The view over the field was also very nice. The menu had a good selection of vegetarian/vegan dishes.

Süßes Warung mit lieben Gastgebern - Edit
Besonders gut hat mir das Tempeh Manis gefallen. Aber auch meine Freundin war mit dem Fried rice mit tofu zufrieden, vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Gemüse wäre schön. Ansonsten alles perfekt, vor allem das Dessert „balinesischer Pancake“ - war wirklich toll.

Small quiet place - Edit
Small quiet Warung which is a little unconventional as there isn't a counter for paying. Felt a bit awkward entering as it's run by a couple who were hard at work in the kitchen, so we just found a seat and they served us.

Read moreOne menu was vegan but it wasn't listed as such. We got the tofu Manis after the recommendations here and because we had not tried it anywhere else. It was great. The Gado Gado came with rice and it was not pre mixed. I personally felt I could have done with more peanut sauce. Flavour was great but just not enough.
Definitely go here and support this family!

What a little gem. There isn’t much on the front of the restaurant so it is easy to miss it. The owners are a husband and wife and the guy is SO friendly and chatty. His English is amazing so he will be able to help with any questions. Me and my boyfriend both tried the Tempeh Manis (I asked for mine without tomatoes) and it was delicious. We hadn’t had anything like that in Indonesia yet and it was a nice change of flavour/texture. You also get free banana chips whilst you’re waiting.

Incredibly simple but beautiful warung set in the middle of a family holding of peanut and corn plants. Delicious vegan menu of traditional Indonesian food. We had mani tofu for our mains washed down with a banana juice. And for dessert we had beautiful coconut pancakes. I’d give it 5 stars, but of course they aren’t a fully vegan.

This is a lovely, quaint, small locally owned warung that are conscious of vegan and dietary intolerances. The food is incredibly cheap for the area and quality.
