Tina's Cafe
Serves meat, vegan options available. Cafe tucked off the road in the parking lot of the chartreuse moose in Ruidoso. Menu is American comfort food with a few ovo-lacto vegetarian items like omelettes and spinach enchilladas. Will try to accommodate vegans, for example, you might ask for corn tortillas, refried beans, grilled veggies, avocado, and baked potato. Open Mon-Sat 8:00am-2:00pm.

Accommodating - Edit
I had a nice dinner here. They were happy to make me a vegan dinner of veggies, beans, and tortillas with a baked potato on the side. Desert was strawberries and orange slices. They kept asking me if there was anything else they could get me, was everything okay, etc. I recommended they expand their vegan options (like cashew-cream spinach enchiladas) and Tina said she would look into some new recipes. I'll have to come back next time we're in town to see what she's cooked up!
Pros: Accommodating, Friendly
Cons: have to order off-menu for vegan
