Amazing Sa Pa Experience - Edit
We had an amazing vegan experience here. We had the fresh spring rolls and stir fried mushroom with special rice. The food was delicious and the service is super. Family run place. Definitely attention to detail here!

I just wandered by this place and saw they had a sign advertising vegan options so popped in and am so glad I did.

Waiter also seem pretty well educated on what can and cannot be made vegan outside of the specific vegan menu. I had the baked eggplant with the sweet potatoes and mushroom sauce, was delicious and had some crispy garlic on top.

The staff was very kind and, even if it was not in the menu, I got the tempura vegetable. I ordered scrambled tofu with vegetables as well. Delicious.

The food was really good here, and there was some variation of the usual vegan Vietnamese dishes so that was really nice! They pay a lot of attention to presentation so that felt really festive.
Read moreWe especially liked the stuffed tofu on a hot plate, it was so good! The green curry was a bit bland, I would not recommend that.
The service felt really rushed though, even though the restaurant was half empty. We specifically went to this place because they have a more fine dining feel (which their pricing and atmosphere reflect), so the rushing was kind of a bummer.

The food here was so delicious, Tim himself came out and talked us through the hotpot and helped served, he was so friendly and knowledgeable about vegan food- so many options on the menu.

Relatively new in Sapa with a decent number and variety of vegan options. The chef, Tim was very knowledgeable about vegan eating and actually considered opening a vegan-only restaurant. We ordered the vegetable tempura and the grilled tofu on hot stones and not only was the food absolutely delicious but beautifully presented, worthy of a fine dining restaurant. We also had a wonderful home-made dragonfruit kombucha.
