Hadn’t had hot pastrami in decades! - Edit
I don’t want my tofu to be a steak. I’m very happy with tofu the way it is! However, when you run into a place that makes a tofu and vital wheat gluten pastrami… Now, that’s real fun! Also, the chef grows a lot of the produce (especially in Spring-late fall), the owner makes a delicious vegan scone and the place is right next to the vegetarian local food market, Harbor Gardens. Wins all around!
