Convenient and Tasty

Located right in front of the Buddhist Temple.

Food was good, but note that some items may not be available at certain times of the day. Staff don't speak much english, but the menu is easy to navigate. A good place to visit for a small meal when visiting the temple.

Prices are fair, but not the cheapest you'll find in town.

If you are visiting the temple, note that you can walk up to the large Buddha on the hill via a road if the stairway is out of service (it's currently being repaired and is out of service as of this posting)

Pros: Good Food, Convenient Location

Cons: No Air Conditioning

Tasty and cheap food

The food here was very cheap and the portion sizes good. The staff don't speak english but they all seemed kind of friendly. It is also nice to eat right by the pagoda

Pros: fast service, good portion size

convenient if visiting the pagoda

Food average and on the oily side, especially the pancakes.

Good Choise

Quiet place in a very crowded street. Pagoda is calm and nice. Shakes can be made vegan. Good fresh juice menu.

Pros: Fresh Juices, Variety

Good food, great location

Food was really good, a little more expensive than other restaurants in Vietnam but still nowhere near Western prices. It is located just inside the entrance to the Long Son pagoda, on the left. Place seems very clean with a nice outdoor seating area. Both Westerners and locals, including monks from the pagoda were eating here. No English spoken. Not all vegan despite the vegan rating.

Pros: location

Cons: not vegan

Our worst meal in Vietnam

The setting itself was fine, although unclean and uninviting. A couple of our dishes arrived hot(like the spring rolls). However, most of the meal (especially the mock meat dishes) seemed old and was served completely cold. Everything was just about completely inedible and a miserable experience, especially with all the mosquitoes, the unfriendly staff and the rodent near the counter.

Great value

A beautiful setting for this restaurant at the entrance to Long Son Pagoda. My husband and I couldn't resist trying the veggie Pho soup as this traditional Vietnamese noodle dish is normally made with beef stock. It was delicious served with a tasty fresh green salad. Great value - we spent 32,000 vnd on both soups....and two cups of tea!

Pros: cheap, authentic Vietnamese dishes, pretty setting
