Address is wrong but worth finding

I found 34/5 Phichitrangsan Road and it was not a restaurant but a herbal oils producer. But I did find my way to Y'did, which is a restaurant and hotel/guesthouse. IT is at 86/8 Phalorangrit Road (as it said on its receipt) just a little past the long yellow wall of Wat Phloen Pan and before crossing Buraphani Road where there is the 4-5 storey Ubonrak Thonburi hospital.

Restaurant is nicely decorated with plants and curtains, has a resident cat, pleasaant bubt unimposing music and helpful staff.

I just had one dish - a green curry of small round eggplants and mock meat of some kind. Was just right, not too spicy, not too bland.

I recommend visiting.

Open for dinner

This restaurant is one of the only places in town with vegan options that is open for dinner. Beautiful decor, pleasant atmosphere and excellent service! They offer one whole page on their menu that is all vegan, plenty to choose from, mostly Thai and a few western options. As for the food, I would say it’s “ok”, nothing overwhelming and nothing negative to remark. I would say 5 stars for ambience and service, 3 and a half stars for food. Today was my second visit, one year apart. The experience stayed consistent from last year. Good place for a mixed group of vegans and omnis to dine together. If you’re in town and looking for a nice vegan dinner, definitely check this place out. If lunch time, there are better options around town.

amazing

glad to find a restaurant in the area with vegan options that was still open around dinner time, since the other vegan places were already closed. there’s a full page of vegan food on their menu, some dishes we wanted to order they didn’t have at the moment but still we got to try some delicious food! the larb was delicious
