This craft distillery serves vegetarian flatbread pizzas that have crusts that are dairy and egg free. All restaurant food is prepared in a Kosher dairy kitchen. Currently all flatbread can be made vegan by asking servers to prepare without cheese. Ask about a possible Daiya based option for all flatbread. Flatbread vegan versions include mushroom, artichoke and margherita. Note that adjacent catering space allows parties to bring in outside food. Open Thu 3:00pm-10:00pm, Fri-Sat 3:00pm-12:00am, Sun 3:00pm-10:00pm. Closed Mon-Wed.

Awesome south side option!

I went to the Well a few weeks ago and I’m glad to see it up here on Happy Cow now! I went with my friend for a drink and did not expect to be able to get anything to eat. But I asked the bartender if there was any dairy in the flatbreads and she said not if you hold the cheese! So I got the artichoke one. It had olives and tomatoes and spinach—it was really good!! I was just super happy to find a vegan option out there since they’re kind of few and far between on the south side. Also wanted to mention the drinks are bomb and the staff is really nice. The rustic charm of the place was really refreshing. Highly recommend!
