ღ fantastic vegan-friendly restaurant in Aberystwyth ღ - Edit
ღ ॐ ღ last week, my husband, daughter, grandson, & myself enjoyed a delicious vegan meal of pea & mint soup, which was divine !! followed by a gorgeous curry with bombay potatoes & green salad.....ღ I didn't succumb to a dessert tho' my daughter let me try her choc/orange tofu dessert which was wonderfully decadent !! ღ

Lovely little shop - Edit
A wonderful wholefoods shop with organic, seasonal and local produce.. lots of veg, salad, fruit. It has lots of interesting ingredients you won't get anywhere else in town. It has tofu, vegan cheese, non dairy ice-cream etc for the vegans. There's soup and fresh bread available too, as well as a selection of fresh snacks (potato salad, bean salad, hummus, sprouts, pasties, quiche etc. and cakes) and local water. Plenty of vegan snacks here! Also sells organic alcohol!

Organic shop stuff - Edit
Great for organic fresh produce, and some local non-organic stuff, and your other general health food things. Lovely home made bread with lots of different speciality ones. Note to veg*ns - the shop also sells meat, fish and dairy produce. Very friendly and helpful staff.
