Average breakfast - Edit
The guy at the counter didn’t know what vegan was so I had to check each item with the chef... The rye bread has honey so luckily he let me know. Had an average breakfast sandwich and very average chai. No separate vegan menu either.

Vegan options, average execution - Edit
We ordered the tempeh breakfast sandwhich, but they were out of tempeh. So we got the maple pecan breakfast quinoa, which was a really small portion and seemed like it had a lot of maple syrup/oil in it to make it soupy. We also got the vegan waffles which were tasty! Although we paid a couple dollars extra for vegan butter and “seasonal fruit” to come with, but the seasonal fruit was apparently one strawberry, or maybe they forgot. We probably should’ve asked. All in all, it tasted good and I’m always happy for vegan options, but it was an average experience.

Yum- drinks are awesome - Edit
Super vegan friendly. No biscuits the day we were there, but everything we got was great. Tempeh was awesome! Southern flavor. Great coffee drinks.

If I could give 5 stars I would! - Edit
Came here for breakfast bc we were told the waffles are amazing. They didn’t have them on the menu today but they had pancakes and they were hands down the best we’ve ever had. They also had a sweet potato biscuit with mushroom gravy and avocado - simply amazing! We are coming back for breakfast again tomorrow for sure!

So Wonderful - Edit
The fluffiest of waffles. I always have a hard time finding waffles but now I have the perfect spot. Great smoothies and coffee options too. Very chill spot, the line is a little slow but a great place to go to get some work done or spend quality time with friends or family.

waffles and kale - Edit
I wish I could give this place 5 stars. They clearly label what is vegan and what is not. There are multiple options and the atmosphere was friendly and low key.

Vegan Waffles and Cinnamon Buns! - Edit
Love this place. Great vegan options for breakfast or lunch. Very knowledgeable and the menu is clearly marked. Good casual spot for vegans and omnis to get a snack or lunch. They usually have vegan cinnamon buns that are super good and gooey. :)

Dee-licious!! - Edit
Cool industrial vibe in a charming bungalow neighborhood. Very extensive coffee bar with soy, almond, coconut milk options. Many vegan baked goods (scones, muffins, cookies) and I believe all were gluten free. But they didn't taste gluten free. Consistency was perfect. Pressed juices. Coconut milk yogurt. Hot entrees too such as vegan waffles and quinoa breakfast bowls. Housemade granola looked amazing. Want to give 5 stars but for some reason can only highlight 4 stars. Will try to edit later.

Cons: Closes at 6 pm. A little pricey for Nashville.
