If you have allergies, Don't Go Here. The food was terrible. There is an upcharge for vegan cheese & gluten-free dough. I have a dairy & egg allergy. Though they don't use eggs, I was told I could only get the gluten-free dough. (Regular dough shouldn't have dairy in it, so don't know why.) The cheese is suppose to be Daiya & it not only didn't melt & stretch like other places I've had it, it basically toasted in place on the pizza. They did use a separate cutter, but had to tell them to change gloves & pointed out they contaminated the sauce by brushing my mom's dough (regular cheese) that had a few pieces of cheese that he dropped on the dough first. Regular cheese was also not good. My mom said it wasn't stretchy, but hard. I did end up getting sick from the cross-contamination. I would recommend if you are in Celebration looking for food, Pei Wei across the street does a much better job with allergies & the food tastes much better. They are also cleaner.
Pizza dough pressed to order, assembly line custom pizza with vegan cheese option allowed a fully custom vegan pizza. We loaded up on veggie toppings (they let you choose however many you want). The pizza was cooked right in front of us, and fairly quickly. Friendly service and they have a decent selection of draft beers if you like. Would have given 5 stars if allowed.

Vegan pizza & cheesy garlic bread! - Edit
Customisable pizza and garlic bread to be able to make them vegan. Not the best pizza in the world but it was nice and fresh!
