Various vegan options, fresh delicious food - Edit
I wish they had clearer symbols on their written menu designating vegan items. But when I asked at the register while ordering, they did have a menu next to the register (at the Goleta Marketplace location) with all the non-vegan items crossed out. Turns out there's lots of options with some slight alterations. I ordered the veggie tofu bowl, which is fully vegan as-is, and it was delicious! A good serving of grilled tofu, delicious brown rice, fresh veggies, and a super yummy sauce. Would give 4 stars instead of 3 if there were more purely vegan meals (no alterations needed).

not a vegan restaurant, but my go-to when going out to eat with non-vegan friends because of the many options they have. my favorite is the hungry planet burger but the last time i went i tried the new vegan chicken chipotle sandwich and it was amazing as well!

I like the Hungry Planet and Good Karma burgers. Very similar to Nature's Grill in Ventura (I guess they had the same owner back in the day).
Read moreSome dishes may be a bit bland but everything is relatively fresh and healthy (which is maybe why they serve chips and salsa and not fries...) In any case definitely a decent option if you're with omnivores in goleta

not fully vegan but lots of options. get the old town salad (with no cheese!!) and add tofu, thank me later😄i love love love their food, it’s so flavorful and my meat-eating friends love it too. i agree with the other review though about the cups being soapy sometimes

Love the concept, not so sure about the place... - Edit
Although I have enjoyed stopping by the Nat. Cafe over the years, their service is really all over the board. I always have to check my food before leaving because on multiple occasions they have totally mixed up my order (and their food isn't cheap.), and when I have brought my receipt and food back to be exchanged for what I DID order, the cashiers have given me attitude on a few occasions, whereas on other occasions have been extremely helpful and accommodating. So it really depends on who is helping you- and keep in mind I wasn't confrontational or rude to them, I understand that it's not their fault and the kitchen can get things a bit mixed up in a rush...I just don't want to be paying $9 for a baked potato and steamed veggies that I never even receive! haha! Any way, the food is pretty good, the concept and atmosphere of the place is way fun! The service is totally hit or miss, though.

Great Vegan Food - Edit
Great Vegan Food. The glasses taste like soap and there are always bubbles in the water, they don't rinse the glasses enough. The food is excellent though, I always eat here :)
