The fireplaces are nice. Staff were helpful. Vegan dishes were ok. The laksa was so pale and watery. There were no veggies in it and you have to pay extra for tofu and they had run out. The Buddha bowl was OK.

I have been here several times with people who are not vegan and they have also enjoyed what they ordered. This last visit we went with a vegan group as part of the vegan outings group. The hotel had a typed up menu with several entree and main options. Interestingly, some of the options had nearly sold out because the diners who were not part of our group had ordered them! I had a roasted pumpkin beurre blanc fettuccine. It was soooo good! Everyone enjoyed their meals. I would highly recommend that you try this hotel. They have offered vegan options for awhile and I think the meals have only got better!

Doing their best to cater to vegans - Edit
Really great to see pub menus open up to having more than a vegetarian lasagne made with egg milk cream and cheese. Their vegan items were ok to start but after some feedback they have become quite excellent. Service is good though a little slow when busy, best to book so you don’t have to wait for a table.
