Serves meat, vegan options available. Dishes can be veganised on request, for example the vegetable burger and patatas bravas. Reported closed, Apr 2021.
We ate here with several different people requiring several different options and each individual could find something they could eat. Granted, there weren’t more than 1-2 options for the GF, DF, V but he ended up with the potatoes, which were filling and hit the spot.
The atmosphere is pleasant but what really made the day was the patience of the waitress. I didn’t catch her name but she’s been there a number of years and she did not get flustered ONCE with all our questions and changing things.
I’d give the vegan options a 1 (based On the lack of choices) but for the vegetarian there are several options. I’d give it an 8 based on service alone and all of our food was delicious. We will return when we go through there again.
Stopped in for lunch hoping to get the beet sandwich and the breakfast hash, but found neither were on the menu anymore. They do have a house-made veggie burger that was very good! We also got the Patatas Bravas, which was also very good! These were the only two things on the menu, other than a couple of tasty sounding salads, that could easily be made vegan.
The side salad arrived with real parmesan cheese on it after we made it clear we needed everything to be vegan. I politely pointed this out to our waitress and she was very apologetic and nice.
The food was tasty but I'm rating it a 2 based on the very limited number of vegan options.
