So. Fkn. Good. - Edit
We ate here after we hiked the manitou incline and it was exactly what we needed. One amazing plant-based refuel. Don’t skip this spot.

Birria Tacos— say less - Edit
The menu is modest but packed full of amazing treats. I can never decide when I’m eating at a new veg place so I ended up asking for recommendations. The staff was super nice and helpful. The tacos and fries were sensational. I’ve never had a non-veg birria taco before, but I can see what the hype is about. No notes.

Seems to have staffing problems - Edit
Would have tried it but they were “taking 15 to get some fresh air and rehydrate” at 12:15 on a weekday afternoon.

No staffing issues, I just needed to use the restroom. Human beings do that from time to time. Thanks!

Vegan restaurant in a food hall. Perfect for dining with omnivores. Tacos and truffle fries were delicious. It was very busy compared to other places in the food hall.

This place is just OK - Edit
I showed up at 1 PM, and they were closed for an hour break. Which seemed a bit odd being around lunchtime. I went back at 6:30 PM. They were closed for a 15 minute break, which also seemed a bit odd as it is dinner time. I think I really had bad luck visiting this place. I ordered brussels sprouts and tofu bites… They were OK, though the oil they were fried in seemed a bit past its best date. I might go there again in a pinch, but it’s not a place I will seek out.

Great food. Cool setting. - Edit
Really enjoyed that there are multiple places to eat in the space. But the joint has incredible options that mimic meat versions. We had the Reuben and the Cuban, and they were wonderful.

OMG! - Edit
Located in a food market. Everything was amazing!! Husband and I split the bahn mi and hiro sandwiches. Subbed one order of fries for the maple Brussels sprouts. Drinks are purchased from the bar at the other end of the shared space. Avenue 19 is a great concept. The Joint is a valuable component.

Best vegan pizza in Colorado - Edit
These folks can do no wrong. Chef Aaron is a god amongst mere mortals when it comes to vegan food, particularly vegan pizza — which is served Fri-Sat-Sun, with the regular sandwich/tacos menu served all the time

Best Vegan Food Ever - Edit
I have been Vegan for decades and I have never loved restaurant food like I love the food from The Joint. Their food is innovative, delicious, beautiful and consistent. Chef Aaron strives to come up with new culinary delights on a regular basis, insuring diners will always have something new to try. My favorite is always the Birria Tacos but everything is amazing. Along with the most amazing food, the employees are universally happy, friendly and helpful. This place deserves ten stars!

I got the cubano and truffle fries. I think it was a better cubano than what I had in Miami when I was a meat- eater. Absolutely amazing. The truffle fries were also amazing.

Very tasty - Edit
I really appreciate that the menu is entirely vegan so I didn’t have to be cautious in my choices. The first time I got food at The Joint, I had the tacos which were absolutely delicious! The next time I tried The Rachel (a Reuben-type sandwich but with “turkey”), which came with fries. The only shortcoming was that the fries were pretty limp, and I prefer crispy.
Read moreDo be aware that it is inside of the Avenue 19 food court, which was challenging for me to find as one of the entrances is within an office building next door. The second time I visited, I came from the other direction and saw that there are a few outdoor tables outside the primary entrance.
One interesting note: the different food places utilize the bar at the back of the facility for beverages, so you have many more options than the average food court. The lounge area has great seating, and they are thoughtful enough to provide hooks under the bar for handbags to be hung.
All in all, The Joint is worth the visit.
Pros: Tasty vegan options , Food made to order, Comfortable eating area

Wow wow wow! - Edit
What a delicious place! The Reuben was extremely flavourful, probably the best I've had. The Philly was incredible, easily the best Philly I've had. The reg fries were good, came with ketchup, the animal fries were incredible, I don't like truffle fries but my non vegan cousin looked them, it came with a tasty garlic sauce. The tiramisu was pretty tasty as well.

The food here is delicious! The menu continues to rotate with new creations to try. Recently added a kale wrap that is on the healthier side. I love their brunch when they have it, it's supposed to start back this Spring.

Interesting - Edit
Not at all what I was expecting. I thought I was going to a restaurant, not a food court. The location is difficult to identify due the fact that they don't have the names of the restaurants listed on the outside. The quality is better than what was expected. But very loud music in lots of different kinds of music all at the same time. Not the relaxing atmosphere I was looking for. The food was good quality vegan food which we should have more of in town. But expensive for what it was.

Scrumptious Sammiches & Sides! - Edit
update #3: amazing sammiches! did the philly with truffle fries, reuben with no animal fries, and dip with maple miso brussels. the portions were huge, and the flavors were delightful! the philly was my favorite again along with the truffle fries and no animal fries, while my partner’s favorites were the reuben and dip along with the the maple miso brussels. in other words, a third hit for us!
Read moresecond visit update: we caught the brunch menu today! had a birria omelette and a philly omelette along with the tiramisu stuffed pancakes. the omelettes were pretty good, but we definitely prefer the sammiches. tiramisu cakes were incredible but suuuuper sweet. will def be back for sammiches!
my partner and I came to the springs for a tough mudder, and this was our first stop when we got into town last night. we couldn’t decide what to get, but we were able to narrow it down to the reuben harper with brussels sprouts, motown philly with elote fries, and cubano with truffle fries. the portion sizes were large, and the flavor profiles were outstanding! while every single selection was delicious, our favorites were the philly and the rueben, which tied for best sandwich, and the brussels and truffle fries, which tied for best side. the staff was wonderful, offering suggestions when we couldn’t decide, and checking in to make sure that everything was to our liking (it was indeed). i can’t wait for another excuse to visit the springs so we can enjoy a meal at the joint again!
