Homemade but lacking sauce - Edit
This was a nice takeaway option, you can tell the wrap is fresh and the ingredients are well-prepared , but it really was missing some sauce. It was just a bit dry, and for the price we were expecting something a bit better.

Enjoyed the menu at another location - Edit
We’ve eaten at the Greek Project in Lausanne, and had enjoyed the quality of the food there. We were hoping for the same quality at this Nyon location. We were not disappointed.
Read moreWe tried the vegan gyros platter and very much enjoyed the pea protein – based meat substitute. Once again, we ordered the meatless souvlaki wrap. It was done, consistent with the same quality that we experienced in Lausanne.
The big difference, however, was the space. It was much more open and modern and had better, albeit still limited, seating options.
We enjoyed talking with one of the three co-owners. Based on what he said, we can expect to see more openings of this restaurant and other cities

Excellent vegan option for the area - Edit
Great to see a menu with clear vegan options as there's not many vegan friendly places in this area. I had the souvlaki with meatless rotisserie slices (made from peas and beans), it was nicely seasoned and very tasty.
