Greasy.

Looking good but being just greasy with no flavors. Even the ice tea was boring. Fancy setting though, if you like!

Good options for the city

This isn’t the most spectacular restaurant ever. It does however have vegan options in a city where they’re sparse. The price tag is quite high but the food is fresh and high quality and there are a couple of options. If you’re vegan and visiting Gaborone you’ll end up here.

Customizable

Great to have an option to eat out. Breakfast isn't vega. However, you can order a la cart to customize.

Will check back during lunchtime to see how the options are. I did see a beyond burger option on the menu, for the burger lovers.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful

Pros: You can customize to vegan, Staff is nice

Cons: Nothing clearly vegan

Two weeks in Gabs Best I Found

Menu legend shows vegan options, but nothing is actually shown as vegan. It can be done, if you ask. The place is wildly popular with expats and tourists, so expect long queues.

Updated from previous review on 2022-06-04

Pros: Maybe the best veg*n option in Gabs, Lots of vegetarian options

Cons: It ain't easy being green/vegan
