Serves meat, vegan options available. Farm to table restaurant with dishes prepared to order from locally sourced ingredients. The menu changes frequently. Soup of the day is always vegetarian and usually vegan. Also has several entrees that can easily be made vegan. Staff understand vegan and will accommodate special requests. Very limited options in the area. Open Wed-Sat 5:00pm-9:00pm, Sun 5:00pm-8:00pm. Closed Tues-Wed.

My go-to when I'm visiting my parents - Edit
While the menu doesn't have any vegan options, Nick, the owner and chef always provides a DELICIOUS vegan option. Every time I'm in town visiting my parents and they want to go out to eat, I request the Copper Fox. I have never been disappointed, it's typically a mix of foods that is absolutely delicious!

Vegan options! - Edit
I loved that they were willing to make a vegan option but wish there was one already on the menu. We also could not know what the meal would be as it was a “chefs surprise”. Made it hard to know if it would be something we’d like! Ended up being a nice crispy rice dish with mushrooms, arugula, and squash.

We had a delicious vegan beet risotto that the chefs whipped up for us. We enjoyed the entrees, cocktails made with local spirits, and the Brussels sprouts appetizer.

Wonderful place - Edit
I had a great time with family dining at The Copper Fox. The atmosphere, food and service were all fantastic. The soup of the day on that day was 100% vegan and they were proud to highlight that. Our server informed us we could ask about vegan substitutes, depending on availability. I will definitely go back for more meals. They get a full five stars from me personally, even though that's reserved for 100% vegan places on Happy Cow.
