Serves meat, vegan options available. One of a few locations of this breakfast and lunch place, but this is the only one that has a separate "healthy" menu that offers vegan & gluten-free choices, (the other location on the same street has no vegan options). Vegan include tacos, silver dollar blueberry pancakes, quinoa. Previously known as Hot Stacks Cafe. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-2:00pm.

Not all locations offer vegan options

I was disappointed to learn that only the North Myrtle Beach location offers a vegan menu. The other 2 do not. They do have a gluten free menu for those who need that. I got hash browns and some sauteed veggies.

Nice options, though not always really vegan

I was looking forward to getting some pancakes here during my weekend in Myrtle Beach. We drove in and found a nice, big breakfast diner with a sunny atmosphere and lots of room.

Our server was kind and helpful. The menu had a lot of delicious-sounding vegan options, labeled with a little vegan symbol. Sadly, though, when we asked if the pancakes were cooked on a separate surface from the non-vegan stuff, we were told they weren't: all the pancakes were cooked together, except the gluten-free ones, though they contain eggs and dairy.

I was able to get the Shamrock sausage sandwich and hash browns, which are cooked on their own grill. These were pretty good.

But I really wanted some pancakes and I was surprised that a restaurant that goes out of its way to have vegan options and advertise them wouldn't have a contamination-free cooking surface.

Pros: A non-vegan diner that has vegan options right on

Cons: Items labeled vegan aren't really vegan because of

So Happy Here!

After eating nothing but salad and fruit for 3 days of vacation, my husband and I decided to try this place. I was surprised with all of the vegan options! It was delicious and my hubby (he has the appetite and eating habits of a high school football player) really enjoyed it!

Pros: vegan options, tasty, nice atmosphere, non-vegans

Cons: It was a little busy, but all was good!

A place to bring the whole family!

***Please note that only one location is really vegan friendly

My family went to Hot Stacks and they had a separate menu exclusively for vegan options. However, this time, the vegan options were included into the regular menu and the menu included new vegan meals.

I really love the food here! It's nice to just go out to eat with family (vegan and non-vegan) where everyone will get something to eat. I ordered the Shamrock which is a vegan breakfast sandwich made with Gimme Lean breakfast sausage and has avocado and kale on it. So yummy!

Pros: Plenty of vegan options, A great place to bring family

Vegan brunch

As far as I'm concerned this is one of the best diners with vegan options that I've been to that isn't a vegetarian cafe. Several sandwich and lunch options and vegan pancakes and soy milk. I got the chipotle chicken club with fries and I was really happy. Unfortunately I'm such a savory food person that when I'm given the choice between a sweet/savory breakfast I ALWAYS go savory. I will try next time to go to the pancakes cause I'm never given the treat of sweets. Definitely worth the drive if you're further south in myrtle and you're vegan

Pros: Lunch AND breakfast options, Diner style, Reasonable prices

Cons: Really busy, Little bit of a drive

Very good food!

I went with my meatatarian family and there were options for everyone! I had the breakfast sandwich and the banana pecan pancakes; they were both good. The side of fruit was very fresh and Delish. My fam got the quesadilla, meat lovers omelette, and French toast and they enjoyed them too. :))). The service was also very good! Our server was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: service and speed, food was great, variety of food

Cons: bathrooms are too small for such a big place

Many vegan options!

I went in with my family as the only vegan and was surprised there were many more options then just the vegan pancakes! Black bean burgers, sausages and of course pancakes.

The menu was easy to navigate with vegan, vegetarian and even Palo items clearly marked out.

This place is a god send for family's that have mixed eating styles.

Pros: polite and efficient staff, mixed menu that is clearly marked what each food i

Amazing!

I went here with my family & everyone was able to find something they enjoyed! Considering my family consists of a picky 8 year old boy, a meat loving stepdad, and an easy going mom, it's not always easy to find a place with both vegan and non vegan food. Hot Stacks, however, was the perfect fit for us!

Pros: Fast service, Not busy on a Monday morning, Variety of meals to order

Cons: A little expensive

Excellent place for Breakfast or Lunch!

This place has many vegan options, and they are clearly labeled vegan on the menu. I had a vegan "chicken" club sandwich, and my wife had vegan pancakes and vegan "sausage." We will definitely be back next time we are in Myrtle. I saw that a previous review seems to be for a different place. There is another "Hot Stacks" a few miles from here, and they had to have reviewed that place.

Pros: friendly staff, many vegan options and replacements , plenty of seating

multiple options

Very nice staff. They have a new menu that has vegan sandwiches (a breakfast one, a bean burger, several others) and still have the pancakes they've had for a while now.

Best Vegan Breakfast

Ask for the healthy menu. It has all the vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. The vegan silver dollar blueberry pancakes are amazing. It's not on the menu, but you can ask for a side of vegan sausage.

Pros: Many great vegan options for breakfast, and a coup

Cons: Side dishes are only listed on the regular menu, s

BEST VEGAN BREAKFAST EVER!!!

I had the Shamrock Breakfast Sandwich...vegan sausage, fresh kale, sliced tomato and avocado, topped with spicy chipotle veganaise.
It was served along with a very generous portion of fresh fruit.
All for $6.25!
Best vegan breakfast sandwich ever.
They have many vegan choices on the menu, all looked scrumptious.
(I really want to give this place 5 cows....)
If you are in Myrtle Beach or just breezing through, do make a stop at Hot Stacks... they are open for breakfast and lunch.
I can't wait to go back.

Pros: Vegan food on the menu, Vegan food is delish, Nice employees

Cons: NONE

Nice find

My husband stumbled across this place due to them advertising vegan food. We went their for brunch and I ordered the vegan pancakes and hash browns. My husband ordered this vegan breakfast sandwich. Everything was delicious! They gave me pure maple syrup and plenty of it. The breakfast sandwich had gimme lean sausage and fresh veggies. My husband also got a nice serving of fresh fruit. I will definitely visit this place again if/when we're in the area again.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Fresh fruit/veggies, Pure maple syrup

Cons: Serves animal products
