Terrific Toasties

Tucked away in an arcade in Lismore, The Bircher Bar is a little hidden treasure. They open early for breakfast (and through until afternoon) and have a couple of seats for those wanting a bite to eat. The first page of their menu is almost entirely dedicated to smoothies, muesli and fruit bowls - this is their thing.
For me, their selection of more savoury meals is much more attractive. My companion and I ordered a couple of toasties, which were delicious, well prepared and left us wanting to come back another time to try more. Our future visits will be sure to include their nachos, their pizza, and maybe some more of their terrific toasties.

Cons: Soy coffees need some work =(, Limited seating (in an arcade)
