Good vegan option at Snowmass - Edit
The Artisan is a reputable restaurant and fortunately they have vegan items marked on the menu. I had the cauliflower steak (delicious sauce) and ginger carrot soup. Also offer a vegan kale salad and a vegan Bavarian pretzel (huge). Difficult to get day-of reservations, but there is full menu service at the bar. Nice to have vegan options!
