Probably best to avoid for vegans

They have a consistency issue, and ordering through DoorDash, they don’t follow the special instructions. Orders take a long time and I’ve had issues with the last 3 orders. Loved it the first time I went years ago but lately not doing well at all. Put egg in an order that didn’t even come with egg before and there was egg in a dish I specifically requested no egg. This is not a vegan-friendly restaurant anymore.

Tasty Thai for vegans/veggies

I was looking for somewhere somewhat close to home to eat tonight and rather than go to one my usual spots, I was kind of in the mood for something new. I saw RasMario's 4-star review so I decided to give Thantawan Thai a shot. I wasn't disappointed! I got a Thai Iced Tea w/ boba and no milk, Crispy Thai Rolls, Tofu Fresh Rolls, Fried Tofu, and Tom Kha soup w/ tofu. Everything was great and the service was excellent! Next time I go, I will try the Pad Thai or one of the Curry dishes. Recommended.

Pros: Great vegan options, Price is comparable to other Thai restaurants, Friendly service

Cons: Wish they had coconut / soy milk for Thai Iced Tea

Awesome Thai w/ lots of vegan options!

Dracut is a tough area for vegans, but this place is a nice little haven! Jim(owner) and Pun (owner/head chef) do such a great job with us, they’re attentive and caring. Our girls get a special order and they always get it right. We absolutely the Thom Kah soup w/ veggies and tofu (coconut milk based) we also love the drunken noodles with tofu. Their Pad Thai and curries also deserve honorable mentions. Oh, make sure you get the scallion pancakes and veggie Thai crispy roll!
P.s. thantawan in Thai means sunflower, which in their culture represents a new beginning/fresh start. Just in case you were curious.

Pros: Friendly staff , Great food , Extremely affordable

Cons: Not a vegan restaurant
