good food and multiple options for vegetarians - Edit
There is a large population of vegetarians in Folsom. As a result this restaurant knows how to make vegetarian options the first go round. I usually get pad Thai with tofu and no egg. It's great!
Pros: fast service, staff is very accommodating to special requests
Cons: can get really crowded for lunch so arrive around
