The service was very good, the food was good, the service was extremely fast. I looked at the app and it was rated as a $ so I assumed it was inexpensive. We ordered 2 Pad Thai dishes as $17 each - not inexpensive to me. Anyways, there were a lot of vegan options and I would return.

Had the Thai style Thai basil tofu dish and Thai tea with coconut milk, which made my stomach smile😄so good. This place has something for everyone, portions are good, food is fresh, and very tasty. Another gem in Syracuse.

I would give it 5 stars if the app let me. Great food for both vegans and non-vegans. I got it delivered and simply requested that the item be made vegan, even though the menu doesn’t label it as such.

Stayed at an airport hotel in Syracuse and Happy Cow participants pointed the way to a really great dinner again. For delivery order online by going to their website. Since I didn’t see a clear vegan option for the pad thai on the on-line menu, I just added a comment to make everything vegan and I think it worked. I did not detect any egg, fish oil, etc. Everything was excellent!!

My idea of good Thai food in Syracuse was Lemongrass in Armory Square, but when I heard about Thai Love NY, I had to give it a shot. The reviews are great and well deserved at a fraction of the cost of Lemongrass. We ordered 3 apps: Tofu Satay, Tofu Tod (deep fried tofu), and Tom Kha soup. All were delicious. We ordered 4 entrees: Pad Thai, Pad See Eiw, Pad Khee Mao, and Gang Dang Curry. All were delicious.
Read moreThey have 5 levels of spice, with 5 being Atomic. Three of our entrees were at a level 4 (which was the right choice for us), and the fourth one was at a level 5. I highly suggest not going higher than 4, but if you like it hot, they'll provide hot chili oil for self-adjustment.

Best vegan Thai food I've ever had! - Edit
I've had vegan Thai food at a few places and this place is the best. They have a vegan version of their main menu if you ask with the vegan/GF options marked. They even have vegan Thai tea and vegan dessert! American-level spicy but you can add chili oil. Staff is knowledge about vegan food. Definitely a must-visit!

We just discovered This Thai Love NY recently. We are so glad we did! Friendly staff, great selections, reasonable prices, and pretty decor. We’ve been twice, and are going back tonight with our whole family.

Great atmosphere, excellent staff, delicious food. The menu is clearly labelled with what can be vegan and gf. Most of the menu can be made vegan and a lot gf. Got the Pad See Ew which can be super sweet and syrupy at more Americanized Thai places, but that was not the case at Thai Love NY!

Vegan and GF! OMG!! - Edit
A perfect place for vegans and g/f people! I’m both and when we eat here we have options! The food is spectacular and the service is the best! I’m so happy we found this place and will return again and again! Make sure you get the tom ka soup and the any of the noodle dishes! Every time we order my husband and I could just trade dishes! My favorite, pad khee mao will leave you full and satisfied!
