The staff was really friendly though they forgot half of my order. The ramen was alright, the broth was very mildly spiced and the noodles a bit soft. Was absolutely fine to eat but wouldn’t go again.

A really pleasant place, with varied items and the possibility of getting vegan options or veganize some. The ingredients are really tip notch. Lemonades are fermented in store so it's their vegan kimchi.

Read moreThe kitchen is open and the chefs are absolute professionals in their field. I go here regularly for vegan ramen with tofu, wonton dumplings with beyond meat or kimchi. The incredible variability of vegan ingredients is something I would like to point out. Many times my ramen has been modified according to my requirements or as far as fuel is concerned, I have always been satisfied.
The presentation of the dishes is top notch. I would give such a bistro 10/10, but Happy Cow doesn't give a full rating to fully non-veg restaurants. Perfect place and one of the best non-vegan places with vegan food.
