I’ve tried just about everything that can be sold here and it’s all excellent. Easy ordering with take-out options. The vegan meat substitutes are all excellent and the atmosphere of the venue is nice. Great quick lunch spot.

Cute little shop! Has a kiosk when u walk in to order food that was very helpful. The store is very clean and staff are very friendly! Also food was delicious, I got the soy protein bowl and it hit the spot!😄

A lovely little hidden treasure. The menu is small, but everything was fresh and tasty. Even when busy (popular) the food arrived quickly. The menu kiosk had English so it was easy to order and pay. Location made it tricky to find, but walking here was well worth it.

The food was very good here and we were really happy that we could make a stop here in our last day in Tokyo. We had two different lunch sets as well as a side dish and dango as dessert. The people were really friendly!

Unfortunately I was too late to eat in, but I bought a bento and a sweet potato. I wish I could have had it warm, but it was still very delicious. Don't get fooled by the sice og the box - there's not nearly as much rice in, as you think... But there's alot of all the other stuff!

Good amount of food for the price. In the cold season I would prefer some warm veggies over salad tho. And the Ofu had a bit too less sauce.
Read moreBut the staff was friendly and handed me the sauce to put some extra on top. A plus for me was that they served hot water instead of cold.
We found this machine where you order at the entrance really annoying bc it was taking the whole time on repeat… A bit sad bc they put so much effort in the Japanese zen style atmosphere with traditional music.

A fairly small shop but with a reasonable selection of delicious food. They also offer take-out. I read in another review that "there is no wow factor", but it's a nice, clean, and friendly place and I regret that I could only go once during my recent stay in Tokyo.

Great vegan Curry. The quality of the cooking really showed. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cooking is rather on the healthy side. We went back to get take Out, but the warm food was better. No need for reservation, but its not a huge space. Very good Iced Matcha.

I had the Wheat Cutlet rice bowl and a soy matcha iced latte. Both of which tasted fantastic. The food was so good I couldn’t help but get myself a small bento of soy chicken to go (also delicious)

As Vegan restaurants in Tokyo are few and far between, Tenzo is one of the oasis in the sea of fish and little shrimp emojis.
Read moreTenzo hit that sweet spot of tasty enough and cheap enough, so much so that we ended up getting a little box takeaway for our next day’s breakfast. The one guy working there was friendly and polite.
My nitpicky negatives would be 1. No WOW factor and 2. There wasnt much variety in the menu. These two little tiny observations however, were nothing more than that.
Would still recommend. 4.5/5

Tenzo offers several options for a nutritionally balanced plant based meal at a good price as well as ala carte options. The owner is friendly, helpful, and vegan himself. The atmosphere was also clean and organized, which was a delight to step into after walking around all day in the rain. I had the wheat based cutlets prepared to resemble fried pork. It was delicious as were the side dishes. Highly recommended for vegan travelers and locals alike!

Super cute place, nice atmosphere, was empty when we went 30 minutes before they closed. Servers are super nice and everything is fresh and made to order! Got a soy protein rice bowl which was 1080 yen and it was delicious! Only thing is I wish there was some type of sauce besides what was on the nuggets. Overall awesome spot😄

All eat in/take away orders are done through the self-ordering kiosk, with English and Chinese language options available.
