Vegetarian and vegan options - Edit
I dined here in October. They served us a selection of vegan starters, a focaccia stuffed with cicory, a soup of 'cicerchie' and a vegan chocolate bavarese. The good quality of the ingredients and the oil made our dinner really special, so the funny waiter and the location. The dough of the pizza was excellent, they also make hemp pizza and fettuccine. Surely they have more vegetarian options than vegan, but I recommend to vegan as well.

Very friendly service at this taverna in a little Spoleto laneway. The menu is clearly marked with veg and vegan options and staff are happy to explain (and helpfully speak some English, as my Italian is terrible!)

Abbiamo mangiato degli gnocchetti di farina di canapa con pomodorini e zucchine e una fettuccina integrale senza uovo con tartufo. Dopo delle verdure grigliate e per finire una bavarese al pistacchio. Tutto veramente buono, unica pecca le porzioni un po' contenute ...troppo 😉

My place in Spoleto - Edit
I’ve been there for every lunch or dinner in Spoleto. They have several vegan and vegetarian options in the menù. Food is tasty, full of flavor, seasonal, from starter to dessert you have vegan dishes to try. Is not expensive, close to the Spoleto downtown highlights ( duomo, piazza del mercato) during the summer outdoor tables are available. There is no reason to miss this place

Nice of them to fit us in without reservation, however it appears the vegan options have been shrunk. Only 1 per course and the rice rolls were likely frozen so instead we asked for a vegetable pizza off menu

We had a lovely lunch here on cloudy November afternoon. They were so helpful with our terrible Italian and made us special vegan pasta. Super delicious and very kind. Lovely biodynamic wine too! We had two children with us and they were accommodating too
