Delusione totale - Edit
Ho chiamato il ristorante per sapere se avessero opzioni vegan, dopo aver visto il menù su Internet, avevo visto che c'era un piatto con involtini di verza e verdure e i fiori di zucca in pastella. Quando ho chiamato mi hanno confermato che questi piatti fossero vegan. Invece quando siamo arrivati al ristorante e ho chiesto conferma, nessuno dei due piatti era vegano. Ho ripiegato su una pizza con i funghi che purtroppo non era affatto buona (13€). Unica nota positiva: di dolce si può avere il cioccolato sciolto con la frutta da intingere (16€). I prezzi qui a la Thuille sono molto alti. In conclusione: con queste cifre per una cena del genere, per me è stata un'esperienza molto negativa. ( Inoltre abbiamo mangiato fuori, davanti ad un parcheggio).

Limited vegan options (typical of the whole town) - Edit
There is pizza marinara (tomato sauce, garlic and oregano) which was very tasteful. You can ask for the pizza vegetariana without the mozzarella and there is a vegan salad on the menu with nuts in it. There are no vegan desserts, not even the sorbet. Plus: you van choose normal, whole wheat or 5 cereal dough for your pizza. Pizzas are not expensive: 8 and 10 euros for the marinara and the cheeseless vegetariana.

Not so vegan - Edit
Had some fried veg which was nice but the quinoa burger, very, very bland. They are linked to the pizzeria below which can do cheese-less pizza which are pretty good
