Serves meat, vegan options available. Tapas and martini bar that also has a waffle food truck and outdoor bar in summer. Offers vegan and vegetarian grain bowls, soups, salads, pakoras, stuffed dates, hummus, lots of bean proteins, vegan waffles and other vegan desserts. All made in-house. Open Wed-Fri 4:00pm-8:00pm, Sat 11:00am-9:00pm, Sun 10:00am-6:00pm. Closed Mon-Tue.

I’m not in the area that often about twice a year. This is the second year that we have tried to come to this restaurant and the sign on the door says we are hibranating for the summer.

I can not believe you gave our restaurant a 1 star review because we were not open when you wanted us to be. We run a very consistent schedule. We have a food truck in the summer outside which features a variety of vegan options and a tavern in the winter, again with a variety of vegan options. You haven’t even tried our delicious organic locally sourced vegan food, and honestly someone that gives a 1 star review and intentionally hurts a small business is not the kind of person I’d like to serve. Please take us off your radar and don’t try to come back. You’ve already hurt us enough with your one star review and you never even ate our food and received our gracious service. SMH and shame on you!

Surprisingly accommodating! - Edit
I'm vegetarian, and my friend is vegan and gluten-free. We were delighted to discover Tavern 27's menu is almost entirely gluten-free by default, and plenty of the dishes are vegan or can be made such. The dining area is small and intimate, and the staff was friendly and lovely to chat with. We'll definitely come back!
