Excellent Restaurant with a Separate Vegan and Vegetarian menu - Edit
Vegan options were clearly highlighted on the menu and were all very imaginative with a strong Mexican twist.

Fue caro para lo que era. Pedimos la paella y las enchiladas. Tenían demasiado sabor, especialmente la paella. La paella también picaba. La paella no debe de picar. Los meseros trataron de retirrarnos los platos varias veces mientras seguíamos comiendo.

The dishes are their own take on regional style cuisine. They make them their own. Not trying to replicate existing dishes. The restaurant has a bespoke entrance and the decor makes for good ambiance. They offer good service and their mixologist makes great Mezcal based cocktails. Enjoy.

Elegant courtyard vegan dining - Edit
This is the kind of place to go for a relaxing, elegant courtyard fine dining - and be able to eat good vegan food. Had the enchiladas. Started with a great salad, see pic below. Light and nutritious. Good for warm weather. Followed with the enchiladas. Tasty sauce. The passion fruit mezcal cocktail and the velvet soda topped it off. Worth a leisure meal.

One of the most delicious vegan meals I’ve had in the 6 years being vegan. If you are in Morelia or near by this is a must! We ordered the Negro portabello ceviche, carpaccio de zucchini, fideo seco, tételas de maiz azul with mole and the taco dulce. Three of us shared everything and were throughly satisfied.
