Vegans did not create this menu. Potato and carrot is not what one would usually expect at a Mexican restaurant as a meat substitute, how ever at this establishment the only vegan substitute that doesn't cost extra is carrots and potato. The indications on the menu were completely off. Any substitutes cost $1 each, which for obvious reasons is not vegan friendly. Chips and salsa are not free, after the first basket. A "side" of guac is $9.00. everything has cheese or cream on it to start with. Very limited amount of choices.
