Authentic greek food and experience but vegan:) Ordered the green salad, potato salad, mushroom nuggets (highly recommend), cheese balls (tirokroketes), and pastitio. Great quality/price overall. Highly recommend it!

Delicious food at very reasonable prices. The atmosphere was fantastic, with lots of locals enjoying food, drinks, and even playing board games, which gave the place a really relaxed and welcoming vibe.

If I lived nearby, I’d definitely eat here regularly. I can highly recommend this place!

The first thing that stands out is the prices are fraction of what the other Vegan Restaurants charge. This must be due to the fact that it's in a residential neighborhood, but only a 20 minute walk from the waterfront Square of the town. We had a lot and one was better than the other. Like the mushroom oysters, the Whole Foods meatballs, the feta cheese spread, seitan stew. All of it came out quick fresh with a smile. I love this place and would like to return for sure when I come back in town. Atmosphere is kind of a punk rock vibe with avant guard Greek pop music and also revolutionary slogans on the blackboard. I'm feelin it!

Tarantula is a completely vegan place located in the upper town. The restaurant offers veganized Greek dishes with a lot of very interesting choices. The staff is super friendly and the place is nice. The food is very tasty.

So, the food was okay but for me, the flavors were a bit off (the black eyed peas salad was way too sweet, and the fried mushrooms were too lemony). An exception was the dessert which was amazing!
Read moreStill, I went there twice because I absolutely loved the atmosphere, especially when there was live music. There was a comment that there are not enough tables outside but there were plenty when I came. Staff was also super friendly.
Definitely recommend this place for the atmosphere and the dessert :)

And for the price... so affordable. Two entrees, two mains, a bottle of water, all for 20€.
