Nice food, nice people - Edit
The food at Talay is delicious. This is a family run business that has very fresh food. I came here many times prior to becoming vegan and was very happy to read the menu from a fresh perspective. They have a separately marked vegan and vegetarian section and most of the menu can be made vegan. I understand the preference for only vegan restaurants on this site, but Staten Island has no pure vegan restaurants and only a few that have deliberate vegetarian options.
