Read moreHelemaal in Aziatische stijl. Ze hadden 3 vegan opties. 2 met tofu en 1 met vegan gehakt. Ik had die laatste genomen. De omschrijving was spicy, het was inderdaad spicy, maar wel goed te doen. Wij zaten dichtbij de bar. Dus wij konden zien dat de homemade ice tea gewoon uit een fles van lipton ice tea kwam. Dat was wel een beetje jammer.
Pros: Leuke sfeer, Eten was snel klaar

I went to eat here twice and really enjoyed the ramen soup. It’s very tasty and filling. The gyoza’s and fried tofu are also vegan (without the mayo)! The tan tan men ramen is my favorite ❤️

My friend is working there and he checked for me the ingredients veggie dumplings are vegan and the pumpkin croquettes too, and also they have spicy tofu, and tofu salad as a side dish 😅

Takumi is predictably good and service is fast. This location can be busy with a line outside, there’s another location in Eindhoven too. I was a bit worried after reading a review about fish in miso soup but it turns out that that is only in non vegan labeled soup. The dishes labeled as vegan do not contain fish or eggs/milk according to the allergen chart.

I ordered the Spicy Vegan Ramen and ut was just perfect on the spicy level, it seems very nutriticious too cause it has tofu and a lot of veggies. It also had 4 more plant based options which is a very good range imo.

Their fried Tofu is delicious and topped with a little sweet soy sauce. The broth has a rich taste. Definitely one of my favourite Japanese Ramen shops outside of Japan so far!
Pros: More vegan ramen options than other stores , Vegan sides available , Very attentive service, card payment possible
Cons: A little more expensive , Restaurant gets very crowded in the evening

Best vegan ramen - Edit
Best vegan ramen I've had to date (from a restaurant). Inside there's a nice atmosphere even though it was very busy. We had to wait for our food a while but when it came it was very yummy. I would've liked a bit more interaction from the wsiters but I understand that it's busy.

Pros: Vegan options are highlighted, so easy to find!, A big portion of ramen, we were full after, The taste was good and the vegan meat wasn't dry
