I love the fried tofu taco, all the other vegan options are quite good as well…comes in at a nice price point, I’m sold. Sometimes all you need in life is a piece of fried tofu in a tortilla covered in salsa.

They have a few vegan options and sometimes they also have a vegan special. The margaritas are delicious and they have seasonal margaritas as well. I took my nine year old there, and we had a great time making our own guacamole!

There was a choice of four vegan tacos. I got the herbivore (a daily special with many excellent veggies) and the tempeh. Both had tasty sauces. The two together made a substantial and quick lunch

Tacovore has a decent amount of vegan options. For their tacos, they have a crispy smoked tofu taco, crispy cauliflower taco, tempeh chorizo, and an herbivore taco on the daily specials menu. They also have a mexi-modern bowl that is also vegan. This place is a modern twist on Mexican and it's pretty good. The drinks are amazing and worth a trip here for sure! AND VEGAN HORCHATA!!!! 😍

Had a few vegan options, menu was marked which is very helpful. My favorite was the cauliflower taco, it was really good. They were busy so service was a little slow but everyone was very nice. They were so good I went back for lunch the next day. Added bonus, the prices were great. $3.50 a taco which are stuffed very full. I still ate two which left me very full.

The servers do not walk you to your table and do not check on you once your meal is put in front of you. (Not even to refill the water or ask if you need straws) The tacos are good sized and very filling, and the margarita was very good. There's even a vegan dessert option! Overall I think this is a good dining out option in Corvallis if you don't need much from your server
