Good Vegan Faire Where Few Options Exist

As a longtime vegan who works in the area, there are very few dining options for a work lunch-hour. Tacos Mis Gallos has turned out to be my go-to location for a quick bite of fresh Mexican food. The chef understands the needs of vegans and vegetarians and is more than willing to accomodate special customer requests. Because I am a regular customer, I usually just ask him to "whip me something up" from whatever ingredients he has on hand. Chef never fails. Taco and burrito dishes are full of flavor and hearty in size. The burritos are large enough to split between two diners. Ask for the "cauliflower al pastor" in either tacos or a burrito... but if that doesn't sound good to you, just tell them what you would prefer and if they will certainly accommodate your request, if possible. Corn tortilla chips and fresh guacamole with their homemade salsa never disappoints. Food is cooked to order. Staff is friendly and attentive. Tacos Mis Gallos is my vegan oasis in an area where few vegan/vegetarian options exist.
