Serves meat, vegan options available. Small chain of Tex-Mex food restaurants based in the South. Menu offers build-your-own tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and bowls. The tortillas, black beans, tofu, chips and salad are vegan. Corn, guacamole, and other beans are not. The "treehugger" burrito can be vegan if replacing guacamole with just avocado. Other items possibly can be customized - ask. NOTE: Veggie mix contains dairy. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Good V Options - Edit
They have a delicious grilled Tofu that you can put in anything, quesadilla, taco, or, my favorite, BYOB - build your own bowl. Today I had a bowl with rice, cilantro, salsa, avocado and lemon tofu. Lots of good things you can add. Flavorful and super filling!
