Great vegan options

The "vegan 26er" (big breakfast) was tasty and indeed big. They'd run out of mushrooms but added more scrambled tofu. Nice view through big windows. Beware that most window seats appear to be leather. Good staff. Also vegan: tropical green or acai smoothies, chips, falafel roti wrap, nuggets and tom sauce, 3 choices of protein bowls, cake, etc.
