Serves meat, vegan options available. Family-run Indian restaurant with a number of vegan curries, including the rajmal masala, bombay aloo, dal punjabi, dal sagwala, and chann paneer. The onion bhaji, onion pakora, plain naan, and roti are vegan. Apr 2019 reported to have introduced a separate vegan menu. Open Mon-Sun 12:00pm-9:00pm.

Amazing everything!!! Must go! - Edit
Would be 5 stars but it's not a 100% vegan/vego restaurant. The staff are as friendly and genuine as people come and the food was delicious. Seperate vegan menu upon request with an extensive range of options from entrees to mains and sides. Massive vegetarian selection too which can be made vegan upon request.
Read moreI had some type of eggplant curry (can't remember the name) and it was one of the best tasting curries I've ever had. Also had the vegan garlic naan 🤤
Anyway, if you're in the area Tabla Indian Cuisine is a must visit!
P.s. we rocked up saturated from the storm and they were still as accommodating as ever. I felt bad dining in because of how wet we were.

Incredible Gem! - Edit
We were staying close by and visited on a Sunday night at 8pm, knowing that the listed closing time was 9pm. We discovered the dining room was closed but we were happy to order take away.
Read moreWe asked specifically for the Vegan menu and after ordering the owner told us that the experience was better if we dined - and he served us himself! What a treat!
The food was fantastic - we had the mixed entree, Aloo Sag, Dahl, and naan bread. We ate everything.
The restaurant has been open 20 years and hasn't advertised once - we can see why they are so successful - with food this good and personal friendly service they deserve to continue another 20 years!
Pros: Separate Vegan menu, Delicious food, Friendly personable service
Cons: Not in my home town!

We go there very often, and the staff is not only very friendly, but the food is amazing! A whole other menu for vegan options if you ask for it. Just the best.
