Shroomami hit the spot - Edit
The vegan Shroomami warm bowl really hit the spot on a cold rainy afternoon. The roasted tofu was nicely cooked with a firm outer layer and soft interior. I enjoyed the earthy flavor that the warm portobello mix contributed. The miso sesame ginger dressing was excellent and tied everything together.
