Order at the counter from the pre-designed menu of salads, or build your own. Has tofu for add-in or as substitution for meat plus other fillings like nuts, seeds, cabbage, onion, corn, and cucumber. Ask for vegan dressing. Open Mon-Sun 10:30am-10:00pm.

good place for some fresh food

Went there a little more than one hour before posted closing time and opted for the Shroomami bowl. Sadly they were already out of tofu for the day so I was offered double the mushrooms and more of the other ingredients which was fine for me. The bowl was tasty and I enjoyed it.

Pros: pre mixed bowls or mix your own

Cons: out of tofu on my visit
