Easy to find, good location, healthy food - Edit
There are two vegan options. I had the shroomami. The tofu and mushrooms were good, and I liked the spicy dressing that came on the side. It was very heavy on the greens - much more than I would have liked. I ate the toppings and not much of the kale. It is open at more hours than most places but is pricy for what you get. Worth considering and trying if you find yourself needing vegan food and like salads.

Great Vegan Options - Edit
Although meat is available, there are several vegan and vegetarian options of warm or cold salads with (our favourite) a build your own choice. The friendly staff member helped guide us through the many options available. Can eat in or take away. Highly recommended! Right next to Union Station in LODO Denver.
