Clean and superb vegan ramen - Edit
The vegan ramen doesn't look like much in comparison with Takumi vegan ramen etc., but I can promise you that the flavour, the taste, the noodles and the topping are absolutely superb and the cleanest yet most flavourful vegan ramen that you can ever get, trust me. That clear broth was so complex and rich, full of umami and delicious until the last drop, the noodles were just perfectly chewy and the bamboo shoots had a slight natural sweetness to them... everything combined was just heaven inside a bowl. Needless to say that service was spot on and very accommodating. Too bad that they seldomly have vegan lunch items, but will definitely come back for the tofu salad and the tofu poke bowl.
