Veggie options available

There are a few options that vegans can eat
Natto and cocumber rolls tempura
It’s not the ideal place but if you are super hungry and there is no place else, you can come here and have a bite

Pros: Fresh food , No dashi at the rolls , Cheap

Cons: No vegan label

People need to stop listing Sushiro!!!!

Sushiro is not and never has been vegan friendly!
There are no vegan options marked on the menu and the only "options" are cucumber rolls and natto rolls. - maybe it suffices if you're desperate but hardly enough for a full meal. It's no more than you can get at literally any sushi restaurant anywhere in Japan and there are much better options nearby.

FYI:
-The inari sushi is not vegan as the tofu pouches are simmered in fish stock.
- All fried foods are fried in the same oil as meat and fish.
- All soups contain fish stock

Cheap Anonymous Conveyor Belt Sushi

Head to the sixth floor above Uniqlo for this restaurant. Nothing exemplary for vegans here but there were a couple of unusual tempura options besides the usual maki rolls vegans can eat (natto, radish, cucumber and gourd).

There was an allergen list but it didn’t include dashi or bonito, so I would enter with an element of risk regarding shared frying oil or some possible cross contamination.
