Great Vegan Options

Sushi Station has great vegan options including the avocado roll, inari, Dr. Dan roll (w/no eel sauce) and Tofu Yakisoba. We asked and they confirmed that the Yakisoba is vegan. It’s delicious! They do a great job cooking the tofu to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
