Very disappointed

Very sparse vegan options. About the only vegan thing they had on the menu other than avocado rolls, was a Donburi bowl with rice, vegetables, and tofu. They gave me exactly 3 small cubes of tofu. I declined the Donburi teriyaki sauce because theirs is chicken based and they did not have another alternative. This is crazy because there are plenty of naturally vegan teriyaki sauces available!
Add to that the very long wait time, and servers who didn’t seem to care, and hopefully you can understand my low rating.
Of course when you are in SJC there are not a lot of vegan options, and I understand that beggars can’t be choosers! But this was worse than just subpar.

Pros: Maybe ok for meat eaters but long wait times too

Cons: Not vegan friendly, Slow service, Uncaring staff
